Do I need a special driving license to drive the campervans?
No, definitely not. All you need is a Type B EU or international driving license. No specific skills!
Can I rent a campervan if I haven’t used one before?
Absolutely! You don’t need prior knowledge. You’ll spend about an hour with one of our staff members explaining all there is to know. In addition, you can always ask us when on the road.
How old do I have to be to rent an Odyssey camper?
25 years old at the time of the pick up and at least 4 years of holding a driver’s license.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Our primary pick-up/drop-off location is our office at Delfon & Kritis 73, 54248, Thessaloniki. Additionally, we provide pick-up and drop-off services at Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) upon request.
We schedule pick-up and drop-off services by appointment between 9 am and 5 pm, with the option for out-of-hours services available upon request.
Can I add anything extra to my van?

I need a bike for my trip. Are your vans able to carry it?
Yes! We can even provide you with a bike (at a small extra cost) in case you don’t want to lug yours around before and after the trip.
What about petrol? Who pays for it?
The camper comes with a full tank, please bring it back so. There is an extra fee, if brought with less than a full tank.
I would like to explore other countries, is it allowed to cross the Greek border?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow our campers to travel abroad.
What documents do I have to bring with me to pick up the camper?
You have to bring a copy of your ID or passport and a copy of your driving license. You also need to bring your credit card for the security deposit. The credit card has to belong to one of the drivers.
Can my dog travel with me?
We have a couple of campers that are dog friendly, you’ll just have to ask for availability.
What should I bring?
As less as possible. Depending on the season and where you go. Beach towels and bed linen are provided.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Depending on the season. High season has a minimum rental period of 6 nights, whereas off season has no minimum.
Can I take a look at an Odyssey campervan before booking?
Yes, of course. We would love to show you our campers, just make an appointment.
Are one-way rentals possible?
Yes, one-way rentals are possible at an extra cost. They depend on the place you want to pick up the camper and drop it off. Please contact us for more information.
How does camping with kids sound?
Awesome. Let’s introduce kids to van life. Time to explore, have fun and get closer to nature.
What should I know before booking a ferry?
You should know the camper dimensions and select “car rental” where it says license plate.
I have decided to book. How do I pay?
Once you have selected the camper and dates you wish to travel, you will pay by credit card, debit card or Paypal. The payment takes place on the bank’s secure page or Paypal’s page. We don’t see or keep any of your card’s information.
How does it work when wanting to change a booking?
Send us an email and we’ll do our best depending on availability. We just need to have it written.
Just arrived to pick up the camper. What happens next?
You get to know one of our staff members who will introduce you to your camper, be it Circe, Argos, Lotus or Penelope. All names are from Homer’s Odyssey. It takes about 45 minutes to one hour to have a good look at the camper, it’s features and functions. A bit of paperwork signing the Rental Agreement and showing your documents, and ready to go!
What do I do in case of damage?
In case of damage, call one of the phone numbers on your Rental Agreement to contact us. In case of an accident, first call 100 for the Police and then contact us.
